What's the difference between simple and complex?+
Simple: one broken node — wrong credentials, bad API mapping, expression error, failed trigger. Complex: logic spanning multiple nodes, branching conditions, retry loops, race conditions, or external integrations with side effects.
Is my workflow data kept confidential?+
Yes. Your workflow JSON stays between us and is deleted after delivery. I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive workflows — just mention it before we start.
What if the fix takes longer than 48 hours?+
I'll tell you upfront if a fix needs more time. The 24–48 h window covers most cases. Complex integrations may take an extra day — you'll know before paying.
How do I pay?+
After scoping the fix, I send a Stripe invoice. You pay only once the quote is accepted — no upfront payment, no surprises.
Do you work in English and French?+
